Treatment of common Cold while you are pregnant
Pregnant woman immune system is usually decreased, we must put in mind that the immune system also protects the baby as immunoglobulins ( IgG) cross the placenta and makes protection for your baby. So it is normal to say that your immune system is suppressed, but this doesn't mean that you are not going to have infections like a viral or bacterial infection. If you are pregnant and infected with the common cold, you should immediately go to the doctor.

1- Try to have a good sleep like for 6-8 hours a day.
2- Drink a lot of fluids so you don't feel dehydrated.
3- Try to eat healthy food and remove fast food from your list.
4- Try to put Hot and Cold fomentation so you control pain.
5- Always wash your hands for 20 seconds at least.
6- Try to reduce stress around you.

1- If you are pregnant and infected with a common cold or flu then you must go to the doctor.
2- You must follow precisely the prescribed medicine given to you by the doctor.
3- If you feel stressed and concerned about your baby's health, talk to the doctor.
